Carroll, William S.

A founding member of MPAACT, is also a resident playwright and master-storyteller. His MPAACT directing credits include: CONTINUUM:VISIONS FROM YETUNDE, VITAL SIGNS and GIRL TO BE NAMED LATER. Other directing credits include: THE SCOTT JOPLIN STORY for WFMT radio, and SOUL OF THE GAME for Duncan Y @ Field Museum. Along with Larry Nance Mr. Carroll developed MPAACT's Afrikan Storytelling series. Mr. Carroll holds a Master's Degree in Theatre History from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign.
